Hogan's Beach owned by former wrestler Hulk Hogan and located in Tampa Florida has come under attack for its dress code which might actually be the first of its kind in America.
It boasts a dress code much more specific and restrictive than most restaurants – although it doesn’t seem that way at first. The dress code guidelines actually begin quite innocently:
*****ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS*****
WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED
NO EXCEPTIONS: Shirts and Shoes are required upon entering any indoor area of the restaurant or hotel. Please do not enter the dining room or hotel area without appropriate clothing and footwear or you will be asked to leave the premises.
Most restaurants and customers would agree that this is completely reasonable — no shirt, no shoes, no service. Then things start to get interesting

So whats the answer(s)?That depends on what the poison is and how it is stored. Many oganic poisons like most common insecticides and herbicides break down over time and eventually lose their toxicity. They become less poisonous, meaning you need a bigger dose, but you'd have to wait years after the expiration before it stopped working altogether.
Some organic poisons have an expiry date for excatly the opposite reason. They break down, but they break down into more poisonous substances.

Alusa lists Mombasa and his village of Kakamega as his favourite places in Kenya, because they’re both very exotic in their ways and rich culture. He says the best thing about Africa is the people. ‘Africans are both beautiful in form and diverse culture,’ he says. Outside of Africa, his favourite place is Brazil. ‘Rich culture, beautiful women, sweet samba music, festivals, food – I could go on and on,’ he says.

She was picked up at Kwarihi village near Biu in Borno State after being thrown out of a moving Volkswagen Golf car. She wandered in the bush for two days before she was rescued by villagers.
The Chairman of the Chibok community in Abuja, Hosea Tsambido, recounted this story yesterday while speaking at the gathering of the #BringBackOurGirls campaigners.

He said she had been handed over to one of the Chibok parents who took her to the hospital after which she would be properly questioned.
The management of Egypt Air, which was accused of maltreatment and wrongful deportation of a Nigerian medical student, Joshua Kunle Abdul-Azeez, studying in Ukraine and tearing his Nigerian international passport has admitted making a mistake and offered to compensate the student.
This followed an intervention by the House of Representatives Committee on Diaspora. Having received a complaint filed against Egypt Air, the committee, led by Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa yesterday met with representatives of the Airline on circumstances surrounding the alleged negligence, harassment and deportation of the complainant back to Nigeria aboard EgyptAir.
Mr Abdulazeez was detained, starved for four days and his passport torn to shreds. (If you missed it, read it HERE).
According to Mrs. Abike Dabiri-Erewa (APC, Lagos),
“the error of not ascertaining the final destination of the complainant from his ticket was that of Egypt Air.’’
‘’If you are going to London for instance, your final destination must be known before your visa is approved or before air ticket would be accepted by airline operators,’’
‘’ours is that, once a Nigerian is ill-treated anywhere in the world, we must make sure that justice is done’’.

The transcript below:
Mr. President, Mr. Secretary General, fellow delegates, ladies and gentlemen: we come together at a crossroads between war and peace; between disorder and integration; between fear and hope.
Around the globe, there are signposts of progress. The shadow of World War that existed at the founding of this institution has been lifted; the prospect of war between major powers reduced. The ranks of member states has more than tripled, and more people live under governments they elected. Hundreds of millions of human beings have been freed from the prison of poverty, with the proportion of those living in extreme poverty cut in half. And the world economy continues to strengthen after the worst financial crisis of our lives.
