before they start go to school for their first time. Their parents
decided to mark them with 1, 2, 3, 4 on their heads to make it easier
for teachers and classmates to tell them apart
Everything can happen in China, their parents are so smart!

When a place has so much population running into billlion, then expect some funny characters...even nigeria with just less has some funny kind of people in it
